3. How to get information

We collect personal information via telephone, documents, business cards, e-mail, the Internet, etc. by the following methods

① Get it directly from the person himself/herself
② Acquisition from a person who have been entrusted with legitimate authority by the person himself/herself such as person in charge of dispatching seminars, training secretariat etc.
4. Permission and withdrawal
In principle, the acquisition and use of personal information at our company is based on the permission of the customer. In addition, you can withdraw this permission at any time by the prescribed procedure.
However, the personal information provided from you is necessary for providing our service, and if you do not provide it, you may not be able to use our service.
5. Keeping and deletion of personal information
We will retain personal information as needed for the duration of the business that ongoing with you. You can request us to delete your personal information at any time.
In addition, we will delete the personal information we hold when it is no longer needed for the purpose of use.
6. Security management measures for personal information
We appoint a person in charge of personal information protection, establish a system for proper handling of personal information, and internal rules, and comply with them.
In addition, we will take appropriate safety management measures to prevent accidents such as unauthorized access to personal information, loss, destruction, falsification, leakage of personal information, and necessary supervision to employees and outsourced companies. In principle, we do not directly obtain personal information from minors. And we will not acquire your sensitive information (idea, creed, etc.) except as provided in the GDPR.

⑥ Data portability rights
The right to receive personal information you provide to us in a structured, commonly used and mechanically readable format, and to transfer that personal information to other administrators without our intervention.
12. Request for disclosure, correction, etc. of personal information (exercise of rights)
When we receive a request for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc. of personal information, we will confirm that the requester is the person himself/herself and will significantly hinder the proper execution of business. Unless there is a special reason for, we will respond promptly.
