We had "JMA GENBA Management Conference & Award 2024" at BITEC on November 25th.
Total participants were 700 persons. Representatives of 10 companies had wonderful presentation of actual KAIZEN case. These presenatation showed not to rely on intuision but to make full use of science, IE, and logic to achieve the target. TOYOTA Motor Thailand won the Award in this year.
